Tax Reform

• 1$ tax on stocks and bonds in EXCESS of $250,000,000.

• Close payroll tax that allows people to stop paying into Paid Family Leave after $168,000 in income.

• No more than 7% increase.

• If more than 3%, 6 months' notice to renter.

• If more than 3% renters may break their lease early.
